Practice Closure

We will be closing our practice for the afternoon on Wednesday 24th October at 12:30. For anything urgent please contact NHS 24. We will re-open Thursday 25th October 8am

The Adult Flu Clinic will be on Wednesday 31stOctober. If eligible please pop in or call the surgery to make your appointment.

Cancelling your Appointment - If you are unable to attend an appointment, please let us know.

By giving us as much notice as possible you are helping us to make sure that someone else is given your slot.

You can now request repeat prescriptions online using PATIENT ACCESS - to register contact Reception. Please note requests submitted over the weekend will not be processed until the next working day.

Change of personal details

Please inform the reception staff if you change your personal details such as name, address, telephone number or email address, so that your records are kept up to date.

Registration

You will be asked to complete a registration form, health check questionnaire and may be asked to attend an appointment with a practice nurse or the health care assistant. You can arrange this by telephoning the practice or by coming into the surgery.  If you arrange by telephone please pop into the surgery to collect and complete the relevant paperwork.  You will need to bring photographic ID, such as your passport or driving license.

We are able to register patients from the following areas:-

  • Redding
  • Westquarter
